6:02 – Leave grocery store with items for Christmas dinner

6:35 – Arrive at gym

7:45 – Leave gym

8:00 – Arrive home

8:00 to 9:10 – Fix dinner, eat dinner, answer discussion question

9:10 – Leave for theater in time for 9:50 movie

9:38 – Park at theater

9:42 – Get in line for tickets

9:45:00 – Get to front of line, ask for tickets

9:45:15 – Pull out credit card

9:45:20 – Manager says they are only accepting cash

9:45:30 – Amber gives manager the ‘I don’t comprehend’ sideways eyes; Chris blanks out for a moment
9:45:45 – Manager explains that their internet is down and their credit card system isn’t working
9:46:05 – Chris and Amber both say ‘well, I guess we’re not seeing a movie tonight’

Why wouldn’t you put up some sort of sign, or something, so that you don’t get confused people like me wondering why you’re saying these odd things like ‘we’re only accepting cash tonight’?
