Who’s ready for a trialthon?
It’s NOT me!
For my easy day yesterday, I had the relatively easy sounding 20 minute bike, 20 minute easy run workout planned.
Oh for goodness sakes.
The bike ride was hard enough. I mean, I’m not strong on the bike, but I got through it. The first five minutes of my run were torture. It’s hard to run with jelly legs! The next five minutes, just as awful. I made it through the next 10 minutes somehow. But let me tell you, I know for certain now that I am not ready for even the shortest triathlon. Much preparation would be needed. And that’s not even accounting for the swimming portion, with which I’m likely to have the most trouble!
